Hi! VERY tasty! Try blending it in your upright blender or food processor if your broccoli is fibrous, it works better than an immersion blender for broccoli and asparagus I find. I made the soup last Monday night (so one week ago today). For those of you who don't have an immersion blender, just let the broccoli simmer a bit longer in the pot (I let the broc/cauli combo simmer about a half an hour) so it had a chance to cook down and get really smooshy.
